Dota 2's annual world championship event The International's 10th edition will have a live audience. Game developers Valve Software have announced that the world championship games will be in front of a live audience through a blog post on Friday. The International Dota 2 Championships begin with Group Stage (October 7 - 10), followed by the Main Event (October 12 - 17) at National Arena in Bucharest, Romania.
The blog post read, "We aim to bring the community together both in person and virtually to finally watch the best teams in the world battle it out for the Aegis of Champions. We're looking forward to welcoming members of the Dota community in person at the arena, and millions more around the world on our livestream broadcast throughout the event."
They have also announced the date on which the ticket sales will be live - 22nd September, at 12:00 EEST. The fans can purchase the tickets from theinternational2021.entertix.ro
The tickets will be selling in three bundles of two days each. The dates for the bundles and the price of a ticket is:

Valve stressed a lot on the precautionary moves that will take place to ensure the pandemic doesn't affect TI10. All the ticket holders will be fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks all the time. In fact, the ticket holders will enter the arena only if they have had the vaccination at least ten days before the event.
Also, the fans coming for the event from outside of Romania will have to follow all the precautionary protocols in place as per their country of origin.
Valve Software also announced that all Dota 2 players gain access to a free Compendium for the tournament. The Compendium has free player cards and allows everyone to participate in player fantasy and prediction events.
Each player can already gain access to ten player card packs. They can have more player cards after they win matches. They can also expect a lot more new content as and when the tournament approaches.
